Process for Invitation Design
Client inquiry > proposal submission & pricing quote > contract & 30% deposit > design & editing process > final mock up (if time allows) > production release > balance due > Corinne Le Paperie delivers!
The design and editing process is specifically tailored to ensure the client gets exactly what they’ve dreamed of and more! Each project begins with a proposal for your needs. This is then followed up with a consultation either by email, phone or in person. Phone or in person consultations are by appointment only and during busy season can book 1-2 weeks in advance. This is a chance to get to know you and your tastes, style and individual personality. After you have approved the proposal, it can be mailed in along with the deposit. Then the client will review a series of electronic mock ups to verify elements like design and layout, wording, formatting, color and quantity. Once the electronic mock ups look good, Corinne Le Paperie produces a final mock up to be sent to the client via postal mail for their review. After the mock up is seen and the release is signed, then begins the production process.
But What About… Corinne Le Paperie understands that clients with large scale events may not always know their quantity or number on the guest list at the time of contract, its okay!! It is our policy that a client may add to/take from quantities and other services until the production release is signed.
FINANCES: Corinne Le Paperie requests a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin design work on any project. Clients are to pay the remainder of their balance prior to the release of their order. Checks can be made payable to Corinne Le.
